Returns

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Orders are eligible for return if they are shipped back and received within 14 days of the purchase date, with receipt and original tags attached.

Final sale items cannot be returned, including:

Jewelry

Sale merchandise

Holiday items

Bodysuits

Swimwear

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged Items

Damaged items are valid for store credit only.

Damages must be reported before the item is worn, with the original tags still attached.

Please email photos and details of the damaged item to inspireme2025@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
